Dan Hilger Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded in memory of Dan Hilger, an employee of Bighorn Logging, who
loved his family and working in the woods, and who died of a heart attack at age 34. Bighorn

that the youngest is in college, Bighorn Logging is supporting a scholarship in Dan’s memory to

$2,500 payable over two years for students enrolled in a two year degree program or $5,000
payable over four years for students enrolled in a four year degree program.
